Received the insoles 2 weeks after order. I ordered UK size 11 however they were on the small side and left a gap in the shoe. I contacted by email to arrange a return and received a quick response apologising that the insoles were not suitable and to return I would need to post to China at my expense to receive a refund. I checked online and the cheapest was Evri at £13 - I paid £18 for the insoles. They also offered 20% refund if I chose to keep them. So I opted to keep them. Do not order if there is a chance you may want to return.

Really poor experience Took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were cheap unbranded insoles unlike the ones in the video. They were also the wrong size. When you try and send emails to them either through their website or special email address they’ve set up on PayPal you get an automated message Apologising but saying please send details of your order address phone number email address et cetera and they will be happy to help. Send that information and it triggers the same message again. I’ve had four Messages like this in trying to contact them. Update 23rd Sept 2024 - please see Stepprs reply to my original review below!! This is exactly the message they send out when you email them with the information you they have already requested - its a very clever endless loop where you never get to deal with a human being!! I suspect its a bot just looping you around! Nb message below has been updated - its not the automated one they initially sent. I have now replied on the email address give (eighth time) and we shall see if this now works Update 1st Oct 2024 They offered to send me a replacement pair of insoles because of my review here - sent them my details last week - no reply! Now they have posted the reply to the review below suggesting that I didnt actually buy them from them!!! They were bought via the stepprs website and even now if you enter the order number on their tracker it shows the order and parcel at each stage of postage being delivered. If you do decide to buy from stepprs my advice is pay only by Paypal. It was the only way I could get a resolution.
