I ordered these after seeing some good reviews and doing my own research on AI re my foot and ankle alignment issues (over pronation) easy to see online. This was causing increasing knee pain. So I ordered these after reading they will help. I didn't realise you could order from many places and I ordered direct. They arrived in good time and I was kept notified at each step of the delivery (no pun intended!) I shall now start to wear them in my shoes (sadly not sandals) after removing existing insole layers that already come with trainsers/shoes (otherwise your foot may be squashed) Let you know in a week how I got on .....

The company did nothing wrong, it was the product itself. They made my feet ache and were very uncomfortable.

I have used the insoles for 3+ weeks with no significant reduction in pain in my feet.

The item is ok but to be honest I'll not be rushing back to the company to buy anything else.

I ordered some comfort insoles and ten minutes after I tried to cancel as I rang my podiatrist who said these would not help my condition. I did not get a response until 2 days later despite the fact the website saying open until 11pm. The reply i got was sorry your order has already been processed. I emailed again and waited a further 2 days to be told your order has been posted now. Today my order has arrived (8 days later) and I am desperately trying to find out how I can return these but once again no help whatsoever on their chatbot so I will probably have to wait a further few days for somebody to acknowledge my return/refund request. No customer service at all. I don't understand why they boasted customer service open from 8am until 11pm yet they offer no phone number only an email address that takes 2 days for a response. Having just read the reply to my review it's made me realise I should have read peoples reviews of this company before buying. They are not learning anything from the poor standard of customer service people are complaining about. They have not offered me details of their return policy. The insoles come with no advice or returns note. You have no choice but to contact the seller and ask for returns procedure and then wait for the reply in a few days.

I purchased this item and waited patiently for it to arrive. An individual, not a delivery person, dropped it at my door. This was quite unusual in itself. Then after I opened the item, it appeared to be as ordered, US size 12. Once out of the package, it is closer to a size 15. An email to the seller and they offered to send me another one, which by now I don’t want. So, they offered me a 40% refund. I told them that this was unacceptable. They replied that I would be very expensive for me to return the item. So, I will let Visa handle this for me. BUYER BEWARE

You offered a two pair deal and I purchased two pair for my wife. Sadly you shipped one pair and I did not receive any form of refund or the other pair.
