It's comfortable and somewhat has mitigated some of my heel pain when I'm walking.

My husband has really painful feet and he was a little skeptical till he actually tried them. The smile on his face told me all I needed to know! I have neuropathy in both my feet and these lovely little gems definitely eased my walk. I don’t know how long these are supposed to last, but if they give out, we will definitely be ordering more.

Comfortable Insoles transformed my old wellies

They were being delivered out of China , and I never got them. So to tell you how good they are I would love to, But.... I never got the opportunity.... If you send me a pair from Europe to where I will receive them and not have to wait 15 days for a delivery to be turned back around and sent back, Then I will give you a real review to which I was really looking forward to having..

Great.....

I ordered one pair of Stepprs insoles to try them out. They are superb, really comfortable and my foot pain due to plantar fasciitis has diminished so much that I can stay on my feet all day. I ordered two more pairs for my other shoes but unfortunately I Inadvertently ordered the wrong size. When I realised this I emailed them but I was too late, the insoles had already been dispatched. They are that prompt! After receiving them I asked to exchange them for the correct size and offered to pay any extra postage costs. Amazingly, they offered to send two new pairs of the correct size completely FREE OF CHARGE! What an amazing gesture as the error was mine. All they asked was for me to pass on the incorrect sized insoles to someone else who may benefit from them, which I have done. What brilliant customer service, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their superb insoles.

They don't help me with pain at all

A brand new pair feels very good. As with any foot insole, deterioration will eventually occur over time. Therefore, a new pair would be needed at that time.
