SCAM COMPANY- AVOID !!!
Very quick and easy to order and they’re super quick to take your money… but you never receive your order! 4-6 working days delivery is promised… It’s been 2 whole weeks and i’ve had no communication from Stepprs, all emails I have sent have been ignored. Fell for the Facebook clickbait and now i’m £21 poorer for something I’ve never even received. Never received any order confirmation or anything, my order is “traceable” via the Shop app, but just states “preparing order” despite me paying 2 weeks ago for this item. The money has been taken from my bank, so where’s the insoles??? Shambles of a company, personally recommend that you avoid at all costs, and ignore the paid reviews on here, this company is a scam.
