You won't be disappointed. Order 1 to 1.5 sizes larger to completely cover the sole. Cut to fit if needed not all brands of shoes and boot sizes are exactly the same.
I have them in my hey dudes, 2 sets of work boots, my muck boots as well. The little bumps must trigger something in my feet that just gives me the joy back into wearing my footwear. My feet do not sweat like some other expensive brands. Some other brands made my feet sweat, stink, and uncomfortable. Stoppers literally weigh nothing, very impressive insoles!!
