Terrible delivery (32 days!). Insoles are way less than average. Absolutely nothing “special.” Never again……

This company sucks. Still haven’t received my order. Order confirmation said 4-6 business days. Then got a tracking code that my order was shipping from China. I still haven’t gotten my order. I recommend skipping the hassle and ordering from a reputable company.

When I orders the insolent said it would take 4-6 business days to receive them. I did not get them for weeks! When I reached out to them they could not give me a specific date on when they would be delivered and kept replying with “canned” answers. Not impressed with this communication and because if it I will not order again. The product is ok at best. It is not any better then other insole I have tried I’ve tried over the years.

Customer Services is non existent. This product is not good for my feet. I want to send it back. I emailed and they said they can send me a gift. I dont want a gift. I bought the offer of 5 and they are just waste of money.

These insoles are incredibly comfortable with great support. I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend giving them a try!

They aren’t comfortable and the left food on mine and my husbands feel like something is wrong. Reached out to the company and haven’t heard back so for them to stand by there product is a joke.

Loved the insole so much, I ordered 2 more pairs. I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for the past 3 months and had a tour of Thailand booked for end of November. I was able to walk pain free in my running shoes the whole trip, including running through the airport to catch our flight. I even recommended Stepprs to a fellow traveler who had been dealing with the same issue. Love Stepprs!
