Decent but the website hypes them up a bit more than they are

Impossible to get a response from this company. Ive tried multiple ways and on multiple platforms. Won't ever deal with them again, and want to provide a warning for other potential customers. Whilst I appreciate they may be busy, perhaps its not the best strategy to ignore people! They need to rewrite their guaranteed response time of 48 hours!!!

The support was incredible. My first order, the EU seizing for these is wrong so I received 5 pairs that were about 2 sizes too small. Contacted them and they've sent another 5 pairs, in the new size that I wanted free of charge. As for the ones that were too small .....they just told me to give them to my friends. And after all this waiting for the correct size I can tell you that it was worth it because they truly are incredible.

Order my insoles for my work boots as I’m on my feet for 10 hours + a day . Delivery said 5 to 7 days . They arrived after 20 days . Felt great at first but then after a short time my toes seemed to be squashed, especially my little toe . So all in all not a great buy .

I did not receive my first order from stepprs despite Yodel insisting they had delivered it to me. Wrong house, wrong front door picture, not my address. Stepprs took responsibility of this and shipped me out a replacement pair of inner soles. I received these no problem. Stepprs customer service is fantastic and I am very happy. The inner soles I am yet to try and comment on but so far an excellent service. Thank you

Have got one order and product is ok. Did new order bigger - and its lost... Company answeres but not doing anything only promissing. Had sent several reminders... Nothing still...

I placed my order for 2 pair insoles on November 15, 2025. Its now December 16. I've sent multiple emails and even received a notification that the order was delivered. It was not (and I order from other companies often and without issue or packages being taken). Email replies state, we're working on it. Be patient. I'm out of patience. I've requested a refund twice now. I'm still waiting. I hope you have better luck than I've had. It seems some people do.
