Do not buy from them! I did on the 9th November and still not received anything and getting no responses on my emails! Complete scam.

Regardless of the fact that they took forever to get here. I kind of give up on them... I wish it had stayed that way. Probably good for just kicking it around the house. But if you're on your feet for instead of period of time, they are not for you.

I ordered these Dec 10. Site says 4-6 business days. They are still in China. Did not realize, of course, that they are coming from China. It is Dec 19th. No delivery, not even on the horizon. When I go to their site, you cannot contact them, as their contact site is "down for something or other" Do not buy - just go to your local store and get something that you can use right away.

I was sceptical at first but on purchasing they have helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously, so good I’ve ordered another pair. Thank you.

I ordered stepprs and my feet still hurt horribly. They don’t work at all. Reached out to customer service they said that’s strange maybe I got a bad pair so they said they’d send out a new pair with a gift. Took them 3 weeks to acknowledge my emails asking if they sent them out. As of now I still haven’t received anything. I won’t tell people to get stepprs.

I love these insoles - they are so comfy and cushioned! I needed to exchange the size, and the team's response was prompt and the process was seamless!

How can anyone approve of these Chinese insoles. Yes, they are shipped from China. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis since I was in the military. These insoles are absolutely useless and garbage. They don't support your arches, they barely cushion your heel, and zero support throughout your foot. I can't even return then. You might as well buy a extremely thin piece of memory foam and stick in your shoe.

I javnt tried them yet as they are a gift but Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they worked with me to get that corrected pretty fast and told me to just keep the wrong ones and give them as a gift to someone. That's very awesome of them really thank you!
