I had a problem with my insoles and I contacted them and everything was handled with great respect and and fast response.

They say 4-6 business days, two weeks later still in China. Highly do not recommend this company. Paid for shipping and hasnt moved. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Might be good insoles, but it takes a month to get them. Horrible cusyomer service. Would give zero stars if I could

Ugh. Ordered 5 pair. 3 were the wrong size. Sent email - got the ‘someone will get back to you’ bot response. I would have HAPPILY returned them but was told to regift. Aw that’s nice, right? Wrong. A few days later I get an email ‘we sent you the right size’. Well - no you didn’t we my response and got another ‘someone will get back to you’… a few days later ANOTHER email ‘send pictures’. I had not regifted yet so … I sent pictures and told them to stuff it and on the 16th I got an email they are sending what I ordered and paid for - and that is the end. No refund. No proper fulfillment of my order. Then after providing proof - nada. Avoid these low moral people.

Slow despatch. Bought fasciitis relief kit. But not impressed to be honest. Rolling a tennis ball feels like it gives better relief.

Size does not match with what I ordered. I ordered size 45/46 that according to the table is size 11/11.5. they have send me size 9.

As a type 1 aging diabetic with Neuropathy, I am extremely happy with these insoles. As soon as i put them in i felt some instant relief. Glad i grabbed two pairs for both pairs of shoes.

Relieves much of my foot pain when I'm standing and walking. Great cushioning with firm support. I've got a very bad case of neuropathy ...not feeling front part of my feet....the cushioning made walking and standing much more comfortable. I highly recommend this product!

Instantly after i purchased my items. i messaged a few times to change the size and still recieved the Wrong size. i tried to change it so i had it for Christmas
