I took 2 stars away because They come from China. so they take a week or so to get here. Honestly they are nice and fit right in the shoe. You can tell they are high quality. The first time you wear them. My feet feel like they been on a cloud. My feet hurt I'm a chef I work long long hours and after 12hr day I go back to put them on because they make my feet feel so good

Its been over 2 months have not received my order, refund or a replacement. Customer service consists of the same emails every four days. Check with the post office. Luckily for me I get emails from my post office and they NEVER received this shipment.. This company is a joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB.$ 70.00 for a product I never received.

Great Costumer Support, very friendly people and you can count on them if there are any difficulties with the shipping company. (Which is not even their fault) They help you and don’t leave you stranded. 10/10

Purchased these for my teenage son who’s already had knee surgery and now has a lot of pain. They seem to help him a lot and now purchasing more for my husband and me considering we’re on our feet all day.

Ordered these after seeing that fabulous advertising bought 2 pair I had previously bought what i thought was this brand from amazon for half the price and they were utter garbage thought they must have been rip-off,s So ordered 2 pairs from the proper sight at double the price I paid on amazon and guess what they were the exact same ones packaging and everything the same totally rubbish Scammed again lesson learned

Horrible service - two months and never received my order. First order said it was shipped to another state and second order waited over two weeks and nothing. Had to file a dispute for change. This item just be coming from China.
