De zolen staan op temu voor 2 euro ik heb ze binnen gekregen lopen voor geen meter en ik kan ze niet terug sturen want ze reageren niet!!

Terribile. Ho ordinato il materiale 30 giorni fa, millantano un tentativo di consegna mai avvenuto. Soldi persi.

After 3 weeks of waiting I didnt receive my order. Then sent an email to customer service and got the reply that my package was delivered on the 15th of January. I got a track- and trace code that goes to a Chinese website that first wasn’t working. Then got a new link with the website in Chinese. Had to use ChatGPT to translate it, to find out that the website doesn’t specify where the package was delivered. Customer service hasn’t replied since I informed them about this and I just lost €38,00. Don’t buy anything here, it’s a scam. This is not over, I’m filing a complaint to the Ombudsman.

A slick company based on a nicely marketed and packaged product. Unfortunately the insoles do absolutely nothing. Just a bit of foam. No structure or actual support. Not even substantial enough to be a good cushion. How did this company get so many 5 star reviews? It makes no sense. This is pure hype done well.

First of all I just want to say that I absolutely love my insoles, now that I finally have them. When I ordered my insoles, I was informed that it would be 3-5 days before getting them but it actually took 13 days, nearly 2 weeks! If I could have cancelled my order, I would have, that’s how annoyed I was with how long it took to get my order. I am glad I now that I have them but I don’t know if I’ll order from your company again because of how long it took to receive my order.

Not worth the hype. I got them cause I'm on my feet at work for 12 hours a day. Might as well go bare foot.
