Please do not chose this company. I've asked questions and they tell me a doctor has to respond which is fair so what is their purpose until I realized that my medicine was not coming on time. I reached out about a renewal order for the 2nd month and they respond they'll let me know but they never did. Replied again to confirm my new script would be delivered and again assurances they would find out and let me know but never heard. They have canned responses and don't actually read your questions so if you're thinking of using them do your own research and have a back up plan for when they fail to prescribe follow up prescriptions

Never even received the package waited all the days they said and even three extra days no package like ppl just throw 300 away money don’t grow on trees!!! Ugh I canceled because no one ever reach back out to me by email or phone it’s lousy

However, after several months as a customer, I’ve come to realize that their focus seems to be on acquiring as many new patients as possible rather than properly supporting existing ones. Communication is a major issue—emails often go unanswered, and when responses do come, they are delayed and unhelpful. Shipments have become increasingly unreliable, with medication arriving late or inconsistently sourced from different pharmacies. It’s concerning that they frequently switch pharmacies, making it difficult to trust the consistency of the medication. Additionally, the medical support feels impersonal. The main doctor appears to be unavailable, and the temporary physicians filling in don’t seem invested in patient care. Instead, it feels like they’re just there to keep things moving rather than provide genuine medical guidance. Overall, while the convenience of an online provider is appealing, I would urge anyone considering Willow Wellness to do their research and weigh the risks before signing up. A provider that values patient care just as much as new sign-ups would be a better choice in the long run. UPDATE 3/19 Willow admitted to dropping the ball with my shipment.It was just totally stuck in limbo and my emails were not getting responded to until I wrote a review. They did offer me compensation and shipped my order out the next day. However, it's been to be seen if they will be consistant. Therefore, I'll wait a month or two before updating my review.

Great customer service, great medication, wonderful doctors

Willow was the first company to listen to what I have been looking for. Menopause has created some issues around stubborn weight and food noise. While I'm not one with a high BMI, it is still important that I can support these changes in a healthy way. My Dr. actually listened to me and provided a solution that will support my goals. The Support team has been wonderful as well - working through a delivery change that was needed at the last minute. I cannot recommend this company enough for those who are looking for an individualized conversation to address your concerns.

As a brand new customer, I was charged for a two month supply and sent one month. I have tried to report the shortage, and have been passed back and forth between bot-like customer care reps, the doctor, and the pharmacy. In each interaction, the individual passed blame and referred me to another (or back again to someone I had already contacted). I’m not even sure where to go next; I feel robbed and have very little recourse.
