Great customer service and starting was super easy. Love that they give you warning before your next delivery so you have time to make changes. The doctor was able to answer my questions so I could decide on when to increase my dosage or switch to injections. Results are slower than I expected but I am seeing results.

Great communication, the reason why i did not gave five stars is because of the pricing it’s a high, overall my experience was great.

I was prescribed oral tirzepatide with gylcine the lowest dose 2.125 mg (the rest being the glycine) and 25 units. It worked. 10lbs in 3 weeks with no effort. Also no side effects even though they did call in a prescription to my local pharmacy for Zofran just in case. They used Red Rock Pharmacy. for the tirzepatide. I would have stayed with them if it weren't more expensive than other reputable ones. I paid $399 but now you can get it for $279 at other places no matter the concentration. So that is the only reason I switched. Otherwise, I loved Willow. The place I switched to has a more burdensome process which I don't love.

Very accessible, pricing is high, and can't utilize any insurance, would love a 1 year pricing plan or some kind of commitment that offers a discount.

So far so good—only recommendation is a better way to schedule deliveries so it’s easier to plan around business and leisure travel. Fortunate to have no side effects. Treatment has been going well, and I am seeing continued weight loss, not too fast or slow, so I don’t have to worry about excess skin as the pounds come off. Moderated decrease paired with exercise seems to be the trick to avoiding loose skin—my body is adapting to the change with maintained elasticity. Services and personnel are good. No complaints thus far. Happy with my experience overall.

Decided to try GLP1s to help with those extra pounds and always being hungry. Tried pills first without success. No loss of hunger, but no nausea either. Just bloating. I was offered alternatives and will be trying injections soon. My Satisfaction is with the responsiveness of the team and excellent customer service and communications.
