The docs were really wonderful and answered all my questions about the treatment. My package was delivered super fast and had plenty of ice packs with a lot of extra goodies. I was scared of injecting at first but the instructions were great. I’ve lost a lot of weight already, so I think the meds are high quality. The only thing I would critique would be that I would love to see more information on order status in the dashboard. Really incredible overall though. And so much better than the horror stories from my friends about other companies. Super happy I picked Willow. Dr. green is great!!

It took around 10 days to get my first delivery (I think this was an issue on the pharmacy side, not Willow) but since then it's been a great experience. The doctor is very responsive (within 24 hours) and I have had no issues. Grateful for this company and its seamless experience.

The Dr's gave great explanations and options to the treatment I was searching for. The Willow Customer service team was phenomenal and answered all the questions and helped with me getting the correct invoice. I really appreciate their hard work and time.

Anyone who is coming to look up this company, please heed the warning signs! I did not trust that this company seemed to have fake reviews from their website. I did not trust that they had non-existent customer support. I did not trust that people on Reddit talked about how horrible of a service this was. I did not trust that their socials were bizarrely empty. Trust the warning signs. I had 3 failed orders, and even tried commenting on their socials, to no answer. Is this how they expect to run a successful business? How can I trust the meds you give me when I can't even get an answer about where my order is? If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is too lenient.
