I placed an order on the 24th of September. I received an email advising that the order was cancelled that same day. I am yet to receive a refund despite querying the reason for the delay several times. I live in a different country and cannot easily call internationally. I have yet to receive an explanation for the issue.

Scam company. DO NOT USE. Your order will be cancelled shortly after submission. Their customer service email will lag in reply and provide misleading information regarding your refund. You will need to contact your CC/Bank to ultimately have your money returned from these scam artists.
