Total scam. Ordered flowers for my fiancé 2 months ago, got a confirmation email, then shortly after another email saying they couldn’t fill the order. Been waiting on a refund for just shy of 2 months, sending frequent emails with the same reply’s, “we’re working on it.” Just a bunch of low lifes scamming people.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on October 3rd. On October 4th starluck said they had to cancel my order because they had issues with the delivery address. Ok send me my money back. Here we are November 10th and I have yet to receive my money. I have called them multiple times and have talked to the same person her name is Maya. If I were you I would not order anything from them.
