I'd give zero stars if it were possible. They falsely claimed that they were a local company and could deliver my order that day. Not long after, I received a cancellation email due to a lack of availability from local florists. They also claimed that I would receieve a refund within 5 to 10 business days. More than a month later and follow up emails with more false claims, I still have not been refunded. Do not order from them! They are a scam! Any positive reviews are fictitious!

Order cancelled and no refund. SCAM. Don’t use.

Like others on the review list. We ordered flowers, the company canceled the order but still charged our card. We are still waiting on a refund with no luck. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!

I was horrified to find out the flowers I ordered for my aunt's memorial service weren't delivered on the day ofnher service! A promise of a refund and a weak apology is all I got. I'm devastated!

Awful! Sister’s pet died. They assured they would deliver that day. My sister never received that day or the next. She NEVER received the flowers. No call or email to say they couldn’t deliver. Called them today and they said they cancelled the order without explanation. Of course no refund. Disputing with credit card company. DO NOT USE. We didn’t investigate beforehand but apparently not a local company but a broker.

My order was cancelled by them on 10/20/2025 with my payment. It is now 11/15/2025. Still waiting on my refund and all they do is LIE!

They cancelled the order, and keept saying will refund. Its been 5 weeks working on the refund and they have not done it.
