Wonderful customer service and no delivery charge. I will use when able to.

Very easy to use, free delivery, and excellent experience ordering. No hidden fees, great selection of arrangements, and the ability to select my delivery date. I actually looked at a couple of other sites, but they were either too complicated to use, or charged exorbitant "service fees".

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Star Luck Flower. They severely overcharge for their bouquets, and on top of that, they failed to deliver my order entirely. The website allowed me to place and pay for the order even though the delivery address was supposedly outside of their delivery area. At no point did Star Luck Flower contact me to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered. I only found out after having to follow up myself. When I called to ask about the issue, communication was extremely difficult due to the language barrier, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no apology, no proactive solution, and no sense of accountability for their mistake. If a business cannot deliver to certain areas, their website should prevent orders from being placed—or at the very least, they should notify the customer immediately. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.

Scammers. Why is this company still allowed to operate? Odered flowers website says its local. Paid for the order and within 6 hours they sent a canceled email. Everthing and anything advertised is total B.S. read all there reviews.

ordered flowers as soon as payment went through within minutes the ordered was cancelled an said refund would be issued with 5 to 10 business days that was on the 22nd of Dec still nothing
