Well, here's a little lesson learned! I recently tried to support what I thought was a local florist, only to find out the hard way that things weren't quite as they seemed. After placing an order, it was canceled the very next day, and despite waiting patiently for two weeks, my refund never showed up. I had to take matters into my own hands and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Note to self: always check those reviews first!

This place is a scam. I placed an order, and they emailed me the day of delivery saying that they wouldn't be able to deliver, and they would me. I have emailed them several times for over a month, and each reply was an empty promise to process my refund. Beware!

Because of this affordable service, I am able to surprise my loving girlfriend. Thank you management, Grant, for helping me out today.

I placed an order which, like many others, was cancelled with no reason. I hadn't seen the refund so I emailed them. A customer service manager emailed back saying to call so I did. I told the representative my order number and was put on hold before eventually being hung up on. I called again and asked for a manager when I was put on hold again. Then the same representative that answered the second call (not the one who hung up) Answers the hold and says I will be issued a refund with my order number which I never told him. I thanked him and asked to still speak with a manager. He said he would transfer me to one. A DIFFERENT Representative answered the phone and when I asked if he was a manger he said no and refused to transfer me because it was "against company policy" truly horrible experience. I emailed the manager back and will be watching me bank account.

Purchased Flowers on 12/31 to be delivered same day for a friend whose mom passed. Received an email on 1/1 stating the order was cancelled for reasons unknown and I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days. Followed up on 1/14 since I had not received the refund nor had I been contacted about the delay. Was informed they are working on the refund but gave no ETA on when I would receive it. I followed up again on 1/20 and received (basically) the same response as I did on the 14th. Edited to add: Followed up again on 1/22 that I was disputing the charge, contacting the FTC, BBB, and the TX AG's Office. No response. Contacted my bank to dispute the charge and also filed complaints with the above offices. On 1/23, I received a refund. Weird how that worked out (eye roll).

Absolutely just ripped me off for $125 don't order it's a scam

Did not know the delivery was cancelled until I read an email. I received a corporate form letter stating that the shop was unable to deliver nor did they know why. I am supposed to receive a refund, but I am concerned this is a SCAM. Talk about rubbing salt in a wound, I got a unprofessional email finally from the shop showing a refund...and at the bottom a poorly written statement of 'hoping to see me again soon" I'm wondering if they are collecting interest on money received. BBB has nothing good to say about them. BEWARE, a potential scam.
