Total scam. Cancel the credit card you used. And hope the police arrest all these scammed. Scammed on funeral flowers...shame.

Ordered flowers for a friend in Arizona. Got a message the next day saying they couldn't deliver the flowers and that my credit card would be refunded in 5-10 business days. That was on December 18th 2025. No refund issues and when I contacted them, I received a blanket email stating the refund should be issued in 5-10 days. I also tried calling the phone number and amazingly enough, no answer. 65 bucks down the drain.

Placed order for a funeral. Went to funeral my flowers weren't there. Called them they stated they couldn't get flowers there. I received no notification.

I should have read the reviews first. The same pattern I'm seeing with alot of reviews. Placed order, then it was canceled, saying there was an issue delivering in that area. Bunch of Horse---- You can tell it's Shady when you call their Supposedly Customer Service by the way their calls are handled. It's like they want your credit card info, once they have it, they cancel the order. 2 days went by. I had to call again. They refunded it immediately. However, I called my bank and spoke to them blocking any and all associations with this merchant. ALL BAD 👎 DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered flowers for my sister in law in Texas for her birthday, they messaged on the day my delivery was meant to go out to say that the florist was unavailable. I live in New Zealand so it's not easy to send gifts to family overseas and I'm disappointed that this company was not able to make the delivery happen. Next time I'll find a local florist. I did recieve a refund but it took 2 weeks,and meanwhile I had to sort a different birthday gift.

This company needs to be taken down or closed down one !!! I called today and placed an order and my order was cancelled 20 minutes later saying I’ll receive my refund in 5-10 days no I need my money immediately I called and called no one picked up . It didn’t take 5-10 days to take my money off my card so I need my shit back immediately or it will be an issue ! How do you take people hard earned money and think it’s ok that’s not cool I know I better get my mf money back

I would pick zero stars if I could. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering with this scam artist of a company. It says family owned, I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this company. Same as so many other reviews states, placed an order, it was canceled a few hours later, promised a full refund and 3 weeks later I am still waiting and the company doesn’t follow up, you continuously have to reach out to them for broken promises and no help…

Love the variety of flowers and great pricing! Free delivery also was awesome! Manager Grant called to check that I was happy with the process of ordering. Will definitely order with them again!
