I feel like an idiot for not reading reviews before placing an order. This company is a scam. Your flowers will never be delivered. They take your money and immediately cancel. I am still waiting on my refund, which, by reading other reviews, I am sure I will also never receive and have to file a report with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down.

Total SCAM!!! If you ordered from them call your bank change your card. It’s to bad you can’t even order flowers for a loved one. They are horrible people!!!!

FRAUD. Reported them to the BBB they take your order, put the payment through and immediately send an email saying there are no florists in the area. DO NOT give them your information: it's FRAUD. Call the number, there is NO such business.

I ordered flowers on line from StarLuck on April 11th, almost immediately they sent an email saying that they could not deliver them and were refunding my money. On April 15th I got a charge on my credit card for the full amount. I emailed them and they replied that they were still "working" on the refund. Now I see numerous others who have had the same experience. Lesson learned! $86.57 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered birthday flowers for a client’s daughter’s birthday who was celebrating at one of our luxury properties. It was confirmed for Same Day Delivery and my card was charged. 10pm. No delivery. I attempted to track the order using their tracking system by entering the order number and my email but it does not work. I emailed to find out what was going on and they responded by cancelling the order stating that for some unknown reason, the local florist did not deliver and that they will refund. Huge dissapointment and highly unprofessional. I see this is a regular thing for them. Now I am concerned about them being a potential scam.

Dear Jennifer, Please be assured that both of your refunds were fully processed on our end immediately following the cancellations. Your orders for the Blush Rush Bouquet and Arrive In Style arrangements had to be canceled because our local florist partner in that specific delivery area is closed on Sundays. Our standard protocol in these instances is to immediately release the funds back to the customer's account. Since the transactions have been finalized on our side, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends entirely on your banking institution's processing times. Best regards,
