Rough start but ended well
Updating my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Let me start by saying the person I spoke with initially and then after my issue, Patrick, was great and honestly the reason I am willing to give this company a better review. He was honest, attentive, and made my flower delivery happen and the recipient was happy. He made me feel better about this whole experience, and I will likely use them again because of him. If my rating was based solely on my interaction with him, it would be 5 stars. My one star off comes from the fact that the tracking on their site does not seem to work, and when I called I was told by someone else that yes it was delivered (and it was not), making me wonder what screen they were looking at. It also upset me that I was lied to regarding the delivery occurring. This also leads me to wondering if this is why so many give them bad reviews. My advice is if you use this company, just stay on it to make sure your order gets delivered, as they use local florists and things can happen.

Dear Lori, Thank you for taking the time to update your feedback. We are delighted that Patrick’s dedicated support turned your experience around and that the recipient loved the flowers. Your insights regarding our site tracking and dispatch communications are valuable to us as we fine-tune our nationwide fulfillment network alongside trusted local florists. We appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you on your next order. Best regards,
