Flowers were ordered for my daughter's birthday in June. On the same day that I ordered the flowers Starluck sent me an email saying that they had to cancel the order and I was going to receive my refund. Remind you this was in June. Here we are onAugust 7th and I am still waiting on a refund. I have spoken with several people at Starluck that continues to tell me I will get it back in 3 to 10 business days. We are in August and still no refund as of August 7th. Again I spoke with someone and I'm getting the same answer 3 to 10 business days. I advise anyone not to use this crooked company and in further review I see that they are already under radar with the Better Business Bureau. What does that tell you?

Dear Lakethia, We would like to clarify regarding your Sweet Thoughts Bouquet with Red Roses order. This purchase had to be voided because local florist dispatch schedules had closed, making safe same-day fulfillment impossible. When an order is canceled, our system automatically and immediately releases the payment back to the original source. While this reimbursement was finalized on our side the moment the order was dropped, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today to eliminate any potential banking delays. Your financial institution will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards,

They ran out of flowers and did not deliver after promising to go the extra mile and get the flowers to an amazing friend the day of her party.

If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. unfortunately I read these reviews on this company after I ordered flowers through them. I ordered flowers mid June for a friend's birthday. I thought I was going through a local florist. Shortly after placing the order, unbeknown to me, I was sent an email stating they could not find a local florist to deliver. I checked my email toward the end of the day when I did not hear from my friend about receiving the flowers and saw the email that they were not delivered. I called right away and asked why they did not call me to inform me of the issue so I could call someone else yet before the end of the day to get flowers delivered, they had no response to that question. I had not received my refund the end of June so I called them asking about refund. They said they would process it again and it would be 7 to 10 days and I would see refund. It is now beginning of August and I still have not seen the refund. Called again and they said I would see refund in 3 days. This place is a scam and hope that it is closed soon.

When an order cannot be serviced, our system immediately dispatches a cancellation email and voids the transaction in full so customer funds are never retained. While your refund was processed at the time of cancellation, our team has manually re-pushed the refund command through our billing platform today to ensure there are no lingering processing delays.
