I bought a pair of Genesis 20 a year ago. The first thing to know is if you are android user the buds aren't by-directional and you won't be able to talk to someone who calls you using them. The connectivity is poor and cuts in and out if you are listening to music etc. If you put the phone in your pocket. I have $20 buds that I use that work great. Now when I get notified from other programs the program settings change from Personal to Outdoor or Crowd and I spend too much time managing them for a variety of irritating stuff.

I have new AI hearing aids. I use streaming and phone quite a bit. When on the phone, the left or right commonly drops off. Sometimes theyc won't come back until i place them on the charger. The television streaming is quirky and also drops off.

Customer service sucks. They read from a script. If your question is not on the script their stock response is to see your audiologist. The technology outstrips their programming. Keeps losing blue tooth. They blame it on Apple. I called Apple. They were well familiar with Starkey. Mocked them. Can I play the audio from my Dell laptop through the hearing aids? No. You have to buy a device. Can i buy it from Starkey? No. From Dell? No. On the internet? No. Only from your audiologist The hearing aids whistle in the power charger. See your audiologist. Starkey takes no responsibility for their shortcomings. In the early days of hearing aids they had the market. They are still living in the past Only from your audiologist. For $5000 I expect more, My friends love the audiologist at Costco, the service and the price. Once my insurance covers the next pair I am off to Costco

Once I got my new hearing aids, I was starting to get used to them the next day I got them, like what my audiologist said. But the only things I don’t like about them are that 1) my ear canals are skin sensitive bc of sensitive skin, I guess that’s why they itch the ear canals and 2) whenever I take them out of the charging case, I hate feeling the stickiness from my earwax lol, unlike the old pair of hearing aids. I really like how there’s no need to put the Otto ease otc medicine on these new hearing aids lol…..saves me time and less stress taking care of them lol But at least these hearing aids and the app is a lot better than the old ones 🙌🙌

Bonjour cela fait maintenant une semaine que je suis équipé de ce modèle star Kay Genesis Ai1 12 RIC 312 Au bout d'une semaine il a fallu que je change les piles c'est normal je les ai changé d'une bonne façon ayant l'habitude de le faire et bien le modèle de droite ne fonctionne plus je suis vraiment déçus de la qualité qui coûte néanmoins 2000 euros Merci a Trust de remonter ce problème

I appreciate being able to go in the office to have my hearing aids cleaned and service when needed.

Can be a pain, sometimes they can not connect to phone, could take several tries to get it done, sometime they don't charge correctly

I like my previous Starky hearing aids. These new ones with the wire that is attached to the end. It’s a pain in the neck, especially trying to put the left one in your ear. I have it stay. It seems always slip out other than that. They’re OK.
