First time with hearing aids so I really didn’t know what to expect. The world is much noisier than I thought It was, especially traffic noise and machinery noise. I also thought I sang better before I got hearing aids, now I can really hear me sing. Not sure that was a positive. When I wear my hearing aids, my ears feel stuffed up. I assume I’ll get used to that. I wish the sound adjustments on them had more incremental adjustments, especially in the softness range. I understand that this is a process and I need to just get used to them and wait for my brain to catch onto what’s going on with my ears. The staff that Kaw Valley have been very helpful and understanding.

I am confident my new hearing aids will work well. I wish I didn’t have to move from room to room to room! At 96, blind, walker dependent, and deaf…it was very confusing.

I was immediately greeted with a smile. My technician was very knowledgeable. We are working together to get the best results I need with my hearing problem.

Did not get any info about the difference between each level of your hearing aids and which one would best fit my needs. When I went to pick up my hearing aids ( a new person ) talked more about how to use them and was more informative. Had more confidence in the second person,

On my recheck visit, I was introduced to a new technician taking over, Scott Benedict, which went seamlessly from the prior tech, Sean. They body strike me as very competent and considerate, which has made my transition to aids as free of worry as I could expect. Well done!

I have had hearing aids for 5 years before I purchased Starkey. I have had nothing but problems. They have been repaired 3X in less than a year. They fall out easily and shatter like glass when they do. Connectivity is spotty and Right & Left often don’t synchronize with each other or the app. Sound quality is good……when they are working.
