My wife, Rosemary, and I both have Starkey hearing aids purchased thru Hearing Lab in Batavia, IL. We are both quite happy with our devices and just really like Hearing Labs audiologist, Tim Finegan. He is outstanding. He is great!

You were well represented by Willoughby Hearing. Initially I was paired with Willoughby Hearing by Amplifon, the organization that managed hearing benefits for Atrio Health Plans. In 2027 Atrio has changed management responsibilities from Amplifon to TruHearing. I would like to continue working with Willoughby Hearing and Starkey Hearing Aids under this new arrangement. Any insight on how I can make this happen?

Very welcoming atmosphere right when you open the door. Staff is so friendly. Shane was so helpful throught out the ear cleaning, the hearing tests, choosing my hearing aids and programming them. I’ve had to have them adjusted and the girls on the phones are knowledgeable and so sweet. Will definitely refer Starkey to my friends.
