depuis décembre je suis équipé des starkey omega AI 24RICRT, en remplacement de mes Signa. 2 fois de suite elles sont tombées en panne. De plus l'application ne m'est d'aucune utilité. Quand je fais le test de fonctionnement il m'est demandé de nettoyer les prothèses alors qu'elles sont propres.

I thought Starkey hearing aids had a good reputation. I thought they were one of the best and I’m a musician and I want hearing aids that I could plug into my computer for recording music and plug into a PA for live performances three times a man named Isaac persuaded me to buy hearing aids. I’m sure he got a commission on the deal because I spent $11,000 and every time for whatever reason they’re hearing aids, did not work there was a table mic the first time that you interface with your computer, they gave me three or four replacements over the year because they were all defective. The next pair of hearing aids didn’t work. The final pair of hearing aids were supposed to connect directly to the new Macintosh computers and it doesn’t work because their sample rate for audio doesn’t match the professional sample rate of audio and I spent $11,000 and I begged them to return the hearing aids or give me some kind of compensation in the future to get the batteries replaced on the hearing aids is $1200. When your batteries die I can’t get them to give me anything if I was at a restaurant to get a free meal. Starkey hearing aids is the worst God do not go there I beg you do not go there.

My wife, Rosemary, and I both have Starkey hearing aids purchased thru Hearing Lab in Batavia, IL. We are both quite happy with our devices and just really like Hearing Labs audiologist, Tim Finegan. He is outstanding. He is great!

Sound is not as good as it should be for $5000.00. I am disappointed with the hearing aids.

The product, the hearing aids work better than others that I have used and the technician was superb.

You were well represented by Willoughby Hearing. Initially I was paired with Willoughby Hearing by Amplifon, the organization that managed hearing benefits for Atrio Health Plans. In 2027 Atrio has changed management responsibilities from Amplifon to TruHearing. I would like to continue working with Willoughby Hearing and Starkey Hearing Aids under this new arrangement. Any insight on how I can make this happen?

I have had a hearing loss in the left ear since birth due to a physical defect. In 2006, I lost hearing in my right ear requiring a hearing aid. My first hearing aid was a Phonak with excellent service. The second hearing aid was a Starkey (Halo) battery-operated with excellent service. The current hearing aid is a Starkey (Omega) rechargeable battery. The audiologist is unable to control the noise reduction level. I learned today that the noise reduction level is controlled only for the hearing aid for the left ear where I am unable to wear a hearing aid. This is an obvious flaw in the engineering of the Starkey (Omega) that needs to be addressed. -Sandi Froese, McKinney, TX.

Writing this on behalf of my dad who had purchased a starkey Evolv AI 1000 ITC R 2 years ago . From recent one year the hearing aid automatically switches the memory to its choice and many times goes muted, this is causing a lot inconvenience and not the way i wanted or it should not be this way. I have been to service center many times and there has been no solutions provided from the service center until now. I would not recommend this product as it is not reliable at all. Even after repeated complaints to the service center they are not able fix this issue.
