I paid for my hearing aids on June 6th 2025. Went to the provide on June 19th to get fitted and get my hearing aids programmed.. one did not work. The provide said they would ship it back and get another one. He said the company was in Eden Prairie, mn so it should only take a few days. In two days on July 10th it will have been 3 weeks since I was told only a few days back on June 19th. I find it funny, I not even gotten my hearing aids yet but I am already getting a satisfaction survey. Its sort of hard to rate the hearingcaids when I have not even got them yet. I do find the process a little irritating. 1st they costed over 4k. Then the provider never even tested them before I got there to see if they worked.

The excellent service I received from Laura Kruppe, Hearing Specialist, at my Wheaton facility. She's thorough and detail oriented. My new Hearing aids are very clear.

Waterproof. Battery lasts about 36 hours not the 1 hours they claim. It takes an experienced audiologist to program them accurately. I did not have one at my Starkey store.

I have not been able to hear much of anything in my right ear for over 10 years and this changed quite a lot for me. I should have done this years ago.

Amy was great. I got a lot learning passed on. My first follow up is tomorrow so i hope any issues i have will be resolved
