Once the hearing aids are adjust for you they work great. I am earing sounds that I haven't heard before. They have improved my ability to hear and now I wouldn't be without them. The ability to adjust them to the different programs on the hearing aids using your cell phone is a plus. In very noisy environments adjusting them by cell phone is easy.

This is the first time I have explored getting hearing aids so it's all new to me. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I had some questions and they were willing to take the time to answer.

I really like my hearing aid. I which that they work a little better with Android phone. Other than that I am very happy with my new hearing aid.

The tech was amazing. He explained things well and made sure I understood my aids completely. One additional point. I never felt pressured, we talked about all the options and then I selected what was right for me. During my follow up visit the minor adjustments made resolve all issues. I’m in great shape with my new aids.

Making the switch was the best thing I did. I thought I was hearing well before with my older hearing aids, but these new one are amazing. No more background sounds.

good customer service from local audioligist. However price too high. Once fitted for newer tech. and better ear fit sound was greatly improved .
