Horrible to disabled people.
I got reprimanded for abandoning my cart to shop yesterday at the Sprouts in Aurora, CO (Ironton St.) I’m disabled from a stroke and am paralyzed on my right side of my body. I was told that they will begin to put my items away. I’m sorry that I can’t carry a basket, or push a cart, or hold items properly. I didn’t realize how cruel people were to the disabled until I became disabled. I love Sprouts but this location specifically, is always full of very rude people. It’s sad really. I always thought when one is paid to do a job, part of the job is to be kind and accommodating to customers. Yesterday was one of many times the staff has been so rude. I sincerely hope they will be reprimanded, although I doubt it.

Sprouts discriminating
I have shopped at sprouts for years, but I will no longer support them. Their policy of not accepting people that won't wear a mask for medical reasons is wrong. The Pima County Mandate even allows for not wearing a mask due to medical reasons. This is not about safety AT ALL. It's about control. When anyone can walk into any store with a mask, handkerchief, face shield, or any other 'face covering,' I would hope someone could look at this with common sense and see it is not about protection. If it were about safety and protecting people from such a "deadly" virus, there would be hazmat disposal bins everywhere, specific required masks, etc. This virus has over a 99% survival rate, has killed less people than the annual flu (and almost all of those had other conditions), the numbers have been purposefully inflated, 50-65% of people are ASYMPTOMATIC (where is the pandemic/death rate here?), almost never infects children, and once the numbers had to be reported to the white house instead of the CDC, they dropped drastically. The CDC, Fauci, and the WHO have changed their stories/recommendations time and time again. Wear a mask. Nobody should wear a mask unless working with the sick, etc. When someone is sick, you quarantine the sick not the healthy. They are letting murderers out of prison but arresting people for not quarantining or for going to the beach alone? They are shutting down small businesses. For what? This is one smart virus to know the difference between Sprouts and a gym or bar. Do some research, and stand up for America and the freedoms and rights this nation was founded on. Bill Gates funds the CDC and the WHO (the one's declaring and controlling the "pandemic," making the guidelines, inflating numbers, etc. AND he is the one who funds all these vaccine company's developing vaccines. And they only make GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS! THEY ARE NOT LAW!! I will shop at Fry's, which I did today after leaving your store. I had ZERO issues and was very pleasantly greeted and helped by an employee.

I like the fresh produce and the prices…
I like the fresh produce and the prices are reasonable. I was however appalled to see customers bring in their dogs (not service dogs) to the store. This is a food store and it is not sanitary to bring pets into the store, especially during a pandemic. This was at the Walnut Creek store.

Best Market Ever!
In this review, I'm addressing the Sprouts Farmers Market in South Reno, Nevada.
This market is the best! Their produce surpasses all of the other markets, including Whole Paycheck, and I don't want to slit my writs every time I go in there. All of their associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! They have never been out of stock on anything, until Covid, I have never experienced a sliced or mangled box on the shelf, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality. The only things I buy from a regular store are laundry detergent; I have really given the plant-based ones a good try, but they just don't get my clothes clean.
During the Pandemic, I have not dealt with any bumps in the road. They quickly adhered to all Federal and local policies, and did not inconvenience their customers in any way. This is a BIG deal right now, when many businesses are using Covid as a reason to slack. Very impressed with how they have handled everything.
I hope they stay around forever, because I'm a big fan and will shop there for as long as I can!

Stopped shopping at the Carlsbad…
Stopped shopping at the Carlsbad location due to the inability to exit the store in a timely manner. Sprouts began sending me invitations to return. Have been back twice in May and once in June. What I’ve found is this. The employees are great. Not only helpful, friendly, knowledgeable but also proficient. That’s the only bright spot. The quality of the produce has become noticeably worse each time I shop there. Additionally, and this is most important, I’ve discovered the average wait time to get to a cashier has gone up from roughly 10 minutes on average to 20 minutes currently. Therefore, I can no longer patronize this establishment. After all, time is important. Quite sure Sprouts will get along fine without me and vice versa. The bottom line is this store has become so disappointing and other shoppers have relayed the same sentiments to me, that I will travel twice the distance to Trader Joe’s so I don’t have to spend my life in line.
