Overall, we have been happy to shop at our local Sprouts, mainly for the bulk foods, the produce and the dairy. However, while they to carry a number of brands of "heavy" cream, they are all thickened any additives - carrageenan, gella.n or guar gum. We have to go to Natural Grocers or Whole Foods to find true heavy cream - Alexandre or Origin. Straus also makes heavy cream (and whipping cream, which has lower butterfat) and while Sprouts carries Straus yogurt and ice cream,, they do not carry their heavy cream.

My experience with Sprouts farmer market is favorable. However over the past few months I have come across product content miss marked. The first was a packaged beef item, when I turned it over to read the ingredients it was marked salmon. The second was today. A box of cookies was marked chocolate chip, the cookies in the box were oatmeal, cranberry, walnut which could have resulted in a terrible allergic reaction, so I bought them to get them off the shelf. The first incident I brought to the manager attention and he seemed unconcerned. That's why I just purchased the cookies to get them off the shef.

The sprouts in socal are consistently good. I feel like a lot of the gluten free options have gone down in quality but that is probably the manufacturer's fault. Would give five stars if they could source more seed oil free kids foods. Overall, the best grocery store option.

I occasionally shop by delivery and I'm very pleased with the experience and food quality. Sprouts is expensive but the higher value and extensive selection justifies the higher prices. You get what you pay for.

An update to my previous review, after receiving a generic response from corporate the local store manager called me personally. He was very helpful and friendly he is making the situation right and said they will look into it on their end. I’m so frustrated with the Visalia, CA sprouts. Multiple things from my last shopping trip were completely rotten or covered in mold. Even though the dates were good. It’s absolutely absurd to have any quality control issues with prices this high.

Always helpful employees. Clean store. Consistent product.

The service is good, have a good products and nice sea food service. My only disappointed experience has been with the vegetable specially the product in plastic containers rarely looks fresh. In general, is a good option for some products. Fort Lauderdale Fl
