Sprouts Farmers MarketReviews of sprouts.com

Just a shoutout to the entire team at the Vista Sprouts. Everyone was working or helping people or just straightening up the place. Adeline R. is remarkable and friendly. Always a kind word and a pleasant hello and goodbye. Adeline R. is a great asset to your Sprouts family and should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you

I came to buy some travel size hair products for an upcoming trip. I had called a few days in advance and they said they had them. When I got to the store we could not find the products and asked for customer service. The person in charge of that area was not available at the time. Another person helped us - not their area - neither they nor we were were able to find the products and we went to buy a few other things. As we got to our car the person who had been helping us ran and brought travel size items to us. They found them at the end of the aisle. Wow, what excellent customer service!!

First time at Sprouts in Bastrop, Texas weeks ago was 'recon'. This morning I went with shopping list in hand. What a breath of fresh air. Instant 'welcome' upon entering. Not one of those 'Mandatory Scripted Welcomes'. Each Sprouts Team Member had eye contact, a positive word and an offer to help me find something. Clean and well organized as expected. The signs for what is on each aisle blend in too much. Need to stand out. The Cashier and Bagger agreed and said they would share this with the Manager who I'm pretty sure was the one that helped me find their Brand closest to the Ritz Brand. She 'comped it' asking me to get back with them with my feedback. If being appreciated as a customer makes sense to you this is the place to go whether it is weekly or simply for specialty items. Have a great day!!

The friendliness of the staff, most of whom I know by name. Also, Manager's Specials are always a surprise. Variety of products, too, keeps me coming back.

Sprouts is always clean, has positive and helpful staff and excellent produce. Johanna offered samples of grapes and chips and was very helpful.

Our “go-to” grocery store! Love their gluten-free options. The organic produce section has a great selection. We love the variety of healthy snacks.

I shop weekly at Sprouts Store 854 in Northeast Philadelphia. The employees - all of them - are fabulous. Recently, Joseph, who is in charge of produce and very knowledgeable as well as committed to high quality, explained what he does to ensure that the freshest veggies are available and why sometimes, if I don’t find something, there is a good reason why it is not on the shelf. Today, another employee, Minty, helped me twice. She answered questions about a product I was buying and then asked “no water today?” I almost left the store, forgetting to buy my usual case of Mountain Valley Spring Water. It is so nice that employees get to know you and remember you. I bought the water, grateful that she mentioned it, and then she took it out to the car for me. Both the men and the women (strong ladies and willing to serve always) are so helpful to assist me when I can’t lift something heavy. Margaret Kelly
