The company charges for shipping and handling, yet my product doesn't get delivered without paying an additional fee. Customer Service wants to tell me that S&H does not cover the charges for the lift gate needed to get my product off the back of the truck... I explained that it's not considered an "option" to purchase the lift gate when it's a necessity, and they should add that to the charges automatically. Instead I was told that I could cancel the order or pay the additional charges to get my items off a truck (Trucking company charges $180) that sits in the next city over. Wow! Horrible way of handling things, and I would NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY if it's even a consideration. There's too many options out there to settle for their poor service. Just wanted to add that the advertised free shipping and handling with purchases over x amount was not removed, even with the fees I paid for the bulk (that cannot be waived), they added the 19.99 back on the bill. To Sportsman's Guide, The outdoorsman world is a small one, and word travels fast. Ya'll better figure out how to take care of your customers before your company joins the many previous companies that have failed before you. The fact that my customer service representative became the middle man, and the escalations department chose to talk through him instead of discussing things with me, speaks volumes on how you run a company.

I've been buying from them since 2002. So far all was good. 9/19/18 FedEx sends an email saying the delivered my last order. I was home all day, the order was not delivered. I called the SPG, gave them the info on the missing order, including FedEx customer service couldn't help me. SPG took my info and said they'd investigate. They did. 2.5 hours later they called to say my order was being reshipped. FedEx failed at customer service, SPG is excellent.

Made my first purchase with them recently and couldn’t be happier. I utilized the 4 pay for a gun I have never seen cheaper in the few years I’ve been waiting to get one. The gun was perfect condition, as it should be. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived 8 days later. Which was fine by me. Will continue to give them my money as long as business is conducted as stated.

I ordered what was displayed as a right handed pistol holster. It took two weeks to get to Oregon from Missouri, when it arrived it was a left handed holster. We checked the paper work and it was marked left handed holster and there was not even an option for a right handed holster in the online order page. So what they showed in the display, they didn't have for sale. Just trying to dump a product they couldn't get rid of, I suppose. If there was a no star rating for this company, I would look for something less. Disgusted.

If you plan to buy from this company,do your self a favor and run,i purchase 3 Czech Rucksack and description say they are solid canvas ones,and they shipped to me the cheap burlap ones version,obviously they know what they do is wrong ,they advertise as the solid canvas ones and show the photo of the one solid canvas version but guess what you will get 3 burlap cheap quality version Czech rucksack not the canvas Czech version they describe and shown in the photo,we all know that is Bait-and-switch practice,on top of that they basically force me to pay for the shipping from my money to make it look like is my fault,and until today i still not receive my refund for the 3 rucksack i returned,they will not publish your review unless is to their satisfaction,thats not how a real company operate,i will report them to the consumer fraud division for failing to refund my money and for Bait-and-switch practices,i will make sure i will spread the word to all my friends who plan to buy outdoor stuff from this company and i will spread my review to anywhere possible in the media on Internet to warn the potential buyers even if i have to spend 2 hours in day to write negative reviews on outdoor sport public forums,Yelp,Google,Twitter etc.
