Shipping was slower than I was notified. Notified of delivery on 10.16.26 and the box arrived 10.20.26. On the good side, this is the first box in the last year that did not show significant transit damage. The items inside the box were in good condition and as described.

The quality control of the equipment was poor before sending. A substandard, unacceptable product was shipped. Shipping and return worked fine although I paid fees I didn’t expect. The issue is the equipment should never have been sent to me so the process simply wasted my time.

I ordered three things - two arrived in separate packages and I am still waiting for the third - not sure what is going on

Will not order again. Have ordered 3 times in the last month. The products are fine but the shipping with FedEx is horrible. As long as they use FedEx, I won’t be ordering again. My merchandise will sit is one location for 3 days. Arrival date will come and go and no merchandise until 3-4 days later. They are aware of the problem. Try Amazon instead!

I ordered a 10'X12' 17 oz Canvas Tarp Product No. 704005 back in February 2021. I hung the tarp over my dog's yard to protect him from rain. The tarp was advertised as water resistant and suitable for outdoor use. After a month with a few tenths of an inch of rain, the tarp got soaked through and started dripping down into the dog yard. I replaced this tarp with a plastic one to keep out the rain water.

Ordered a pair of pants and 3 weeks later my order is still on hold. Emailed their customer service email and got a response 3 days (not 32 hours as they promised) later saying I needed to provide "additional info" without specifying what they needed and to call a support number. The support number won't even allow you to go on hold or get a call back, it simply demands you go back to their website and then hangs up on you. I checked my order status through their website and my shipping & billing address are both 100% correct and the payment has processed. There should be 0 reason that this order hasn't processed but here I am. Perhaps they lied and the item is on back order and not "in stock" as advertised. Edit: This review got them jumpstarted on my package, will leave at 3 stars if it arrives in sync with FedEx tracking and looks as described

Yet to see an in depth review on firearm purchases from sportsman's guide so ill lay out my experience with them verbatim. I placed my order on a draco pistol (7.62 x 39) on the night of Thursday 10/17 using the 4-pay plan that becomes available once you sign up to be a "buyer's club" member ($40 annual). Order status did not change from "in process -- Not Yet Shipped" for an entire 2 weeks. After the 1st week of no progress, i gave them a call only to find out the firearm was being shipped directly from their vendor and not from the SG warehouse. Sounded like bullsh*t so i asked for a supervisor. On 10/24 The supervisor sent an email to the vendor to locate the tracking information. She said it could have shipped already but they wouldn't know since it didn't come from them. On the morning of 10/28 I called to follow up, and was told they were still waiting on a response. About 3 hours later, I received a shipping conformation via email stating it was sent to FFL. Had to call them again to get the tracking # since it was not in the email. Firearm should be here 10/30 since fedex label says it was just sent out 10/28. 3 stars just because of the 4-pay plan. If you can afford to buy all at once, don't waste your time with them.

Have reciever all my orders on time and there is some good stuff that you can't get else where. However I did receive a broken item that was non functional and was shipped broken because there was zero puncture holes in the box. The return was not an issue still awaiting money back though.Posted my review with pictures for proof on there item review it was up for 3 days then my review with pictures vanished from there. Then the item is on a sale with other like items seems kinda fishy . I also asked them a question about a m11 gas mask filter containing asbestos that question was never posted for others to see? The description of the product makes it sound like fresh..new filter ..with only the legal last few words for collecting only when after some research these filters do in fact contain asbestos and it's being sold for over 10$ to unsuspecting consumers with no warning listed. Seems greedy and shady to me. Again they do have some good stuff there but some questionable business practices buy at own risk.
