I literally purchased all my firearms from sportsman's guide and I love it. I highly recommend them if you're on a budget,it makes your mind stay at ease knowing you can be able to pay bills and play at the same time. Affordable membership good for a year with major discounts available and fast shipping on anything you buy with no strings attached! No credit checks no hassle so coming from a 2 yr member I couldn't ask for anything more.

Attempted to buy a trolling motor through them this spring as they had the best price. Placed the order, item was in stock, everything seemed good to go. Got an email the following day saying to please reach out to the order compliance department before the order could ship. I did so right away, and was told that due to the high dollar amount of the purchase and the shipping address being different than the billing address they just wanted to ensure it was a legitimate purchase as fraud was a concern. It was quickly established that this was not the case, and I was ensured my order would be processed and shipped that day. Awesome! Well.... the following morning a tracking number was assigned to the order (Fedex) and the order was marked as shipped. At the end of that business day I checked the tracking only to find that Fedex was showing it as "unable to locate tracking number/not found". I checked the status several times over the next 2 business days only to get the same result. At that point I contacted Sportsman's guide and explained to them the situation, and questioned whether the tracking number was correct. I was ensured it was the correct tracking number, and it would update any day.... Fast forward 3 more days (now 5 days total.) Still no change to the tracking info. I contact Sportsmans Guide again, concerned about a $1400 order that no one seems to know where it is. They tell me that it never cleared the compliance check and asked me the same questions I already answered 5 days prior and then tell me "the product is now on backorder and will not ship for another 30 days." Unreal. Totally incompetent customer service/compliance department. I cancelled my order and bought through Bass Pro. Very disappointed in Sportsmans Guide and have bought plenty through them prior to this without issue. What upsets me more is that any time there was an issue with the order it was me who had to contact them. Not once did I get a call from them to clear things up. Very disappointing and lackluster service. Take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, Especially Rep: James and Leslie. cancels orders with no notification. Rude, unprofessional and unethical. I will order from somewhere else from now on, suggest everyone else does the same. These type of business do not deserve our hard earned money!

They are a very vindictive and spiteful company. They have a practice of BlackListing former addresses of people who owe them money. My wife and I moved to a new location. Tried to sign up with SG. Paid for membership, ect. Only to be contacted by SG customer service to let us know that our membership purchases will be refunded because the address we are living at was Blacklisted by their billing department. All because somebody that lived here before us, 5-10 years ago, didn't pay his debt. Not sure they were suppose to, but they gave us the name of the guy that owes them money from like 2006. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The top manager at SG says that there is no way they are doing business with us while we are living at this address. No exceptions.

Do not do any business with them. Had items in my cart, their system crashed and my items were gone and conveniently went back to regular price!!!! Called and spoke with a representative that took my information so that a representative could call me back the following day to resolve the matter. Never got a call. Called them and the representative told me the items were never on sale for that price, I have a screenshot of it...........would not honor the price even though it wasn't my system that crashed. Don't do business here..... 💩 poop company with 💩 poop employees that don't stand behind their word. Never again Sportsman Guide.

Terrible experience, Terrible customer support. Their system was down and they tried to blame my bank . I had my bank on a 3 way call with one of their representatives. They tried to blame my bank again but the bank representative set them straight and let them know it was there out of date system that was down , and was the reason my order was not going through. A person from sportsman guide said they would call me back when this issue was resolved. They did call back and had nothing but excuses. Instead of giving me a discount for my next purchase, they simply said they couldn’t help me and told me they didn’t care if I went else were to spend my money. I don’t not recommend, they do not value your money.
