Just bought 800$ worth of treestands. 3 of the stands have wrong parts and I can’t complete them. They told me to call the manufacturer. The number is not accepting calls. Garbage company. I’m done with them!

I ordered a foxpro sp 60 auxiliary speaker. It didn’t show up for two weeks and when I checked the order online they couldn’t find the order. I had the customer number and order number that I gave them. E mailed them the next day and they Got back to me several hours later to tell me they cancelled my order for some bogus reason. They never informed me of any of this till contacted them. I informed them to cancel my crappy club membership. Never doing business with them again

They expect you to pay full price to be a “buyers club” member. Then the refuse to give u the perks and services that you’ve paid money to use Then they refuse to email you if you try to contact customer service. Ill never use them again.

BEWARE - Very Poor Customer Service Lousy Warranty On their Products I purchased about 10 pairs of the Gorge Romeo Work Boots at $60.00 per pair. I liked the fit, so figured I would get enough pairs to last me for years. I am on my 5th pair of these boots, and noticed after one day that the sole is coming off on them. I contacted Sportsman's Guide and explained. They gave me the brush off, and told me to take a hike. I am done with this company, and I will be writing lots of bad reviews everywhere I can to warn others about this Rip-Off Company.

I had ordered boat seats and some 2 months later they did not arrive. Called them and they said the order was cancelled because they had to confirm something. No refund was issued at that time. They did not send an email as they say they did, a simple search found nothing but the email saying thanks for your order. So had I not remembered that order, they would still have my money after THEY cancelled the order.

Don’t order anything from this crooked business!!! I placed an order for some arrows and I ended up getting arrows that were the opposite of the description and when I called they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about but then they looked at their website and they realized I was right! So after returning the arrows I was refunded way less than I was charged and was told they don’t refund shipping fees even though it was their screw up! In the end I gave them money for absolutely nothing!!! I will NEVER consider purchasing anything from this company period!!!
