Sportsman's GuideReviews of sportsmansguide.com

I'm very unhappy with sportsman guide I ordered 3300.00 boat seat a couple of weeks ago they told me they would ship on june 26th now I found out they wont ship till july 29th but they have my money this is bad business k

Have reciever all my orders on time and there is some good stuff that you can't get else where. However I did receive a broken item that was non functional and was shipped broken because there was zero puncture holes in the box. The return was not an issue still awaiting money back though.Posted my review with pictures for proof on there item review it was up for 3 days then my review with pictures vanished from there. Then the item is on a sale with other like items seems kinda fishy . I also asked them a question about a m11 gas mask filter containing asbestos that question was never posted for others to see? The description of the product makes it sound like fresh..new filter ..with only the legal last few words for collecting only when after some research these filters do in fact contain asbestos and it's being sold for over 10$ to unsuspecting consumers with no warning listed. Seems greedy and shady to me. Again they do have some good stuff there but some questionable business practices buy at own risk.

I bought ammo paid almost $40 for 20 rounds that's not the issue. The issue is they are aluminum not brass like the description in the specs said they are! I contacted customer service and they replied with this "it Cleary states the the picture does not represent the actually produce please read the specs on the product description" the specs read "Reloadable, brass caseSolid copper, lead-free projectile14-16" of penetration2" grouping at 25 yds.1,250 FPS average (+10%)9 separate wound channelsPrecision machinedMaximum expansion when others don't expand at allDefeats all known barriers such as sheet metal, sheet rock, windshields and plywoodMade in the U.S.A." that was copied and pasted.it says brass with that being said sports mans guid is a joke don't trust them.

Never sent one of my items, never contacted me, had to fight to get a refund. I will never do business with them again.

I have had many positive experiences with Sportsman Guide. My orders have always been shipped out very fast. Anytime that I call customer service my issues are dealt with promptly. I highly recommend this company for all of your sporting needs.

Poor Quality! Bought 100% waterproof snakes. They're 0% waterproof. Poured water out of boots. Customer service give me the runaround do not honor warranty. I eventually gave up. DO NOT BUY!

i've been dealing with sg for about 5yrs year's now and never had any problems.i have purchased ammo, handguns, rifle and well all my outdoor equip. from sg. had to return one item in all this time[ my fault]. no problem there either. all sportsman should use sg. ps. i also use the 4-pay plan,it's great. thanks sg

I placed an order for scope rings for a muzzleloader. To be honest, I forgot about the order until about a month later. When I checked on their website, it showed that the order was cancelled. When I contacted customer service, all they could tell me was that the order was cancelled, with no reason. Things happen, so I reordered the rings. A couple of days later, I was thinking about a tent I saw on the website when I ordered the rings so I ordered that also. A couple of days later, I decided to order a new cot too. So, now I have 3 open orders with them. After a week, nothing has shipped. When I contacted customer service, all they can tell me is to contact another department. I dont feel compelled to contact anyone else to see why they don't feel like filling my orders
