My daughter lost her expensive retainers. The orthodontist had given us her molds and told us to hold onto them in case she lost them and needed to replace because it would be cheaper. We were annoyed to find out that they no longer did that and we would have to spend way more to replace them. Sporting Smiles used my daughter's molds at a fraction of the cost and they look just as good as the ones she had. We paid extra to have them quicker and it was still worth it and way cheaper than the orthodontist. I plan to have my second childs molds scanned and saved with sporting smiles in case she loses her retainers. It will be way cheaper and quicker to replace any lost retainers. The company also had great customer service when I felt like they added an unnecessary fee and quickly resolved the issue. Also we were able to receive our new retainer while on vacation. overall it was a really good experience.

Ive had night guards custom made by my cosmetic dentist before; they were cumbersome and uncomfortable. Sporting Smikes is able to maje a highly quality guard tgat is exceedingly more comfortable at a fraction of the price. This is a guard I actually want to wear. Trust me, ditch your dentist guard and get a Sporting Smiles guard. Furthermore, the service has been exceptional. Alexis and Jessica were able to rush my orders, and were totally patient and helpful throughout the molding process and the myriad questions I had. Excellent prodict and exceptional service! I will definitely be a return customer!

Overall great experience with sporting smiles. My retainers broke and i went to my orthodontist to get a replacement and they quoted me $800. Did my research online and sportingsmiles appeared to be the most reliable. I will recommend getting multiple extra trays and putty because it’s a little tricky to get the perfect impressions on the first try.

I made a purchase for two sets of retainers hoping it would meet my needs but what happened was exactly the opposite. First of all, the retainers are straight up garbage — they barely fit my teeth and don’t help or work at all. These are supposed to be dental retainers, something you trust to maintain your smile, and they can’t even fit properly. Completely useless. Second, the order took forever to arrive. No reasonable timeline, just a long painful wait for a product that ended up being a disappointment anyway. And last but not least — they only sent 1 set. I paid for two and received one. When I contacted support thinking it was just a simple mistake, they had the nerve to tell me my order was “accurate” and that the 2 in the quantity reflects 1 upper + 1 lower retainer. That is complete BS. Any normal person ordering 2 sets expects 2 full sets — not one split in half and called a quantity of 2. That’s deliberately misleading and honestly it felt like a straight up robbery. The support team was helpless — they didn’t fix anything, didn’t offer a refund, nothing. Just defended themselves and left me hanging. Stay away from this company. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers what you pay for

The process was so simple. The instructional videos went step by step on how to make the molds! Shiped the molds off and had new retainers that fit perfect within a few weeks!

I ordered a top and bottom retainer replacement, as mine had worn out. The price for the set was great, as my orthodontist wanted triple the amount for just the bottom replacement. This set fits better than the original set I received from my ortho. Thank you so much!

They were easy to work with and customer service was excellent. We had a lost retainer before vacation and they sent me a new one a week earlier than expected to be there in time! I have recommended this site to several people and will use them in the future.
