Support is great, addressed all my issues quickly.

Ordered a replacement on July 17th and still haven’t received my shipment!!!! Update: it arrived two months later. Absolutely ridiculous. And forget about trying to call somebody. They don’t even have anybody to pick up the phone it seems.

My initial experience was not great, however this was taken care of by a staff member named Evan. Thank you! I was initially concerned with the significant day in regards to getting my retainer. My experience was very long and troubling. However this was taken care of. On the other hand, my brother just recently made a purchase and had absolutely no problems with his purchase. So, I truly believe this hiccup, was an incidental experience and I would take my business to them again for my next retainer. The initial retainer I got hurt my mouth and I had to reach out to get this fixed. They corrected this, and sent me a new one which fits much more comfortably.

Doing the impressions has been an extremely frustrating experience. I keep on getting my molds rejected through email but the worst part is the reply rate can be from 3 to 5 days . Every time I send a picture it’s been taking so long it’s been weeks now and I needed new retainers by now I’m thinking of going elsewhere they really need to hire more people to look at the impressions it’s way to slow. Another thing their tray doesn’t seem to fit comfortably in my mouth the only way I can actually close my bite is if I push the tray back but my teeth are touching the front of the tray which they don’t like so I’ve tried to do the putty like 5 times and I can’t seem to get it right . I feel like giving up with them and wish I could get a refund .

If you are someone who, like me, was fed up paying your dentist hundreds of dollars for a mouthguard, this company offers the same thing for a fraction of the price because you are cutting out the price gouging middleman (your dentist). The only catch is that you have to make the impression yourself, which takes some effort but is worth saving hundreds of dollars, and I succeeded in doing that because the support staff helped me when I was having a problem and even sent me an additional impression kit at no extra charge. Sure, the process to send it in and then receive it takes a while, well over a month, but I also think it's worth the wait considering the tremendous savings. Overall, it's a high-quality mouthguard at a reasonable price!

My retainers from SportingSmiles fit great. Previously, my dentist tried making them twice and they were terrible. I figured I would try something else, SportingSmiles turned out to be the right move.
