I had an absolutely wonderful experience ordering from Spoonful of Comfort. I sent an email with a large list of employees. It was handled perfect. Everything went out in a timely manner. It was one of the best experiences I've had ordering for a large group. They were very responsive and got everything sent out as promised. I highly recommend!

I am actially pissed at TP brcause they won't verify review without reference number. I DON'T HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER. TP either publish or don't. At this point I don't care. Update: I have used SFOC since the last review for a family member who had just delivered. I was, as she was, quite impressed with their efficiency and quality. However, I stand by there exorbitant cost mainly due to their packaging. Their quanity is also poor even when doing a double order. Old review: Ordered a time sensitive package for a friend. Sat on a UPS truck x 3 days after scheduled delivery due date due to an error in shipping from company. By the time received the soups were warm. The cost is for their fancy packaging not the for the products themselves. Pepperidge Farm cookies are so much better. Their soups are so so. I found the company to be inefficient.

The packaging was beautiful however the food was not good. The rolls were absolutely hard as a rock. Warming them didn’t make them any better they were just so stale. The cookies were the same, dry and stale. I sent an email to see what they could do to make it right but received no response. Very disappointed ☹️ I would not recommend this company.

The packaging was great and was exciting to open. The food, not so good. Except for the cookies. They were very good. The rolls were hard as a rock. Heating them, or using extra butter, did not help. I have only used one of the soup. The other is still frozen. It was just so-so. The noodles were gummy. Most of the chicken was pulverized and almost felt gritty. The carrot slices were the best part, but I only got 4 of them. The broth was good. A friend sent this to me after a hospitalization and I much appreciate the kindness and do not want her to know it was very disappointing. I ended up throwing the rolls and the rest of the soup away. I still have one soup in the freezer and I will try to find someone to give that to. All in all, my friend did something very nice for me and I do appreciate that, but I won't be giving a gift of these to anyone.
