I have been sending Spoonful of Comfort gifts to friends and family for many years. Condolences, get well or just because have been my reasons. I have never been disappointed. The deliveries are quick and accurate. People love the package and tell me how much they love your soup. I recenty send an order to friends as a condolences for the death of a brother/brother in law. I sent it to their home in VT and later learned they left VT for their other home in PA. I called your company and asked the agent to cancel the order. The order was intercepted amd returned to your company. I got a full refund. I am going to reorder a package and sent it to them. This was a no hassle experience.
