I ordered invitations for my daughter’s baby shower. They were so fast and turned out perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Before I get to my review, I want to share that I’m a bit surprised by the amount of negative reviews. I honestly had a pretty good experience and waited less than 2 weeks for both the sample and final order. There were obviously things they could have done better with my order, but for the price I paid, I’m not complaining… I ordered magnet save the dates from here and loved them! I ordered about 50 and they only took a little over a week to come in. I ordered a sample first which took the same amount of time. The sample (which came in really thoughtful packaging) was the tiniest bit scratched up, so I was a bit worried how the final products would look. The final products had marks that could only be seen when held at an angle, so I didn’t mind. The save the dates also come with envelopes which have glue on the seal, so I just had to peel a sheet off and close them up. They also gave a few extra envelopes, which was really helpful because I messed up a couple lol. The writing was clear, not blurry. The picture was pretty clear too! My teeth had the tiniest bit of blur, but I couldn’t tell unless I looked really closely. The magnet itself was a bit thin and flexible, but I liked it. Not too heavy, but I did have to use 2 postage stamps to mail each of them. I looked around a few places, and basic invite had the best price! They had a 20% off code, which made my total about $90 for 55 magnets. If I don’t email my invitations, I’ll probably be getting them here!

Used this company several times. Constant website issues, quality decreased, prices increased, and very poor customer service. Most recent and final time using this company, I actually had to contact customer service because of website issues and was very disappointed by their service. They do not return calls, answer the phone, and do not honor their word. I received one return call when I told them I was going to leave a negative review. The cards did not come quickly as promised and the shipping fee was not credited per their promise. Multiple cards had rough edges, stains and sides coming apart. Buyer Beware!

Terrible experience. Ordered my daughters graduation announcements & paid for priority shipping. Original order arrived with only the mailing envelopes (no announcements). Contacted customer service & waited another week for the reorder. When they arrived the photos were so dark you couldn't even make out facial features. (We submitted full resolution, professional photos). So disappointed 😞

I used Basic Invite to order some personalized envelopes for my save the dates. I was trying to place my order ASAP and went too fast and ended up ordering the complete wrong size envelope. I reached out to customer service about my mistake, and Evelyn got back with me and said she would reorder the correct ones for me. She asked me what size I needed and shipped them out very quickly at NO EXTRA COST!! I have now received my order, and they are PERFECT!! Thanks to customer service, I got the correct size envelopes at no extra charge to me! I will most definitely be using Basic Invite for all future orders! They are amazing, great quality, and have excellent customer service!

Their gold foiling on place cards does not look good. Half my place cards look faded and i am so embarrassed. Money down the drain. After seeing reviews on the Knot, I am confident they won't do anything to remedy this situation.

I'm a stationery designer, and I just saw that they copied one of my Save the Date designs. It's better to get your stationery from people who come up with the ideas, not copy other people.

Customer service and product were both excellent. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze because the team handled every thing with efficiency and care. We will definitely be using them again.
