This company is awful. I went through hell just to get my account verified. I won $1216 and went to cash out. It took them two days just to tell me that my redemption was not approved because I apparently didn’t wait long enough to redeem anything. My account was open two or three days ago. I won money and now they won’t pay me out because my account hasn’t been sitting there open for a week. If you ask me, they are trying not to pay me my money that I legitimately won! I have never been denied winnings on any other social gaming site or been denied quick payout. If you ask me, I feel like I’m being scammed and I intend on contacting my lawyer immediately and have this company investigated if I am not paid my money that I won. Oh, and they have the nerve to only allow me to cash out $100 even though I spent way more than that.

It takes more time for your second redemption. There’s no reason after verified that you should have to wait longer . On top of that while you’re waiting you can’t redeem so if you win a bunch of money you have to wait till your redemption clears. And that takes days or weeks. So most likely you’ll play out your winnings. IVE never seen this from any casinos . And thats how they get you . Even the 1 star sc casinos don’t do that. Can’t speak to anyone there chat site is always down . Try else where you’ll be upset if you don’t

First off, I would like to say, this slot site is no joke. I only put in $5 into my account and somehow, someway, got blessed with $7,000!! Now, all you have to do is go by their requirements and you will be just fine! Which is not hard to do. I would like to shout out to Moritz. He helped me out understand the requirements and also helped get the big deposits into my account. So, very helpful customer service, and no it’s not computer generated. So first time playing with them and I go to redeem my winnings and have the hardest time with verification because they kept denying documents I provided because of them being screenshots and they wanted physical papers copies of the documents, once I got that handled, I go to click to redeem and it just so happens to kick me off the site completely and when I tried logging back in several times it would try to tell me I needed to verify my email address (which I’ve already done) and wouldn’t let me log in, then other times when I tried it would try to tell me it wasn’t allowed in my state to access website which is a lie… so finally later on I manage to go through an email to be able to log in and finally redeem. I thought you were supposed to have the option to redeem via debit card but it only gave me options between bank account and Skrill. So I put in my request to redeem to Skrill account and now it’s been many days later and my redemption is still pending review and I can’t get any answers from support as to why this is taking so long or what’s going on. WILL UPDATE IF I EVER GET MY WINNINGS OR NOT but as for now it’s not looking very likely unfortunately. BEWARE PLAYING ON THIS SITE. SUPER SKETCHY AND NOT SO SURE THEY WILL EVEN PAY. Seems to me they will try to come up with excuse that they can’t pay me if I ever do hear back from them.
