I just signed up for spash coins social casino last week. Won some money the first day I played. Their site clearly states 1-3 business days and I'm STILL waiting. Can't get a straight answer from anyone as to where my withdrawal is, and I have another withdrawal to make but you can't do two at a time, so I have to wait to get the inital one before even requesting the new one. After I get my winnings I will definitely be deleting Splash Coins, which sucks because I really like the games a lot.

Ok so I had a problem with splash coins. I did a redemption, had to open an Skrill account and decided to add money more and play more. Ended up winning 1,300 sc. so I stopped playing because I wanted to redeem but had to wait for my first redemption. I decided to get back on the site a few hours later and realized I had 0SC. I was shocked. I knew there was a mistake because I knew I just logged off and had that amount and I took screenshots when I messaged the customer service people, the person replied that they investigated and found that I played down my winnings, which I knew was not true so I sent an email. That’s when another person emailed me back and said they were going to investigate this and put this at the highest priority and it could take a couple days. This all was happening on the weekend and that next morning he emailed me back and figured out there was some mistake and put my 1300 SC’s back on there so at this point I was waiting for my redemption which they said could take three business days if it hasn’t come by Wednesday to contact them so of course I’m sitting here anxiously waiting and today is Wednesday and lo and behold. I just got my redemption so kudos to splash coins. I was a little nervous at first, but they do actually redeemed so when they say three days wait that three days.

Really love the slots and how it allows you to keep playing for a good amount of time on your deposit! Hopefully my redemption doesn't take long, upnto 3 days is a little steep but ill update and let you know how long it takes! Put in for a request at 8am. Let you know!

I thought this was a trustworthy site to spend money with and play on but it's appearing that I was very wrong. I am now almost positive it's another scam site. It's now day 3 and their so called customer service still can't give me anything but the same generic answer on where my redemption is. I have never had any other casino take this long to approve a redemption and I have played and redeemed on a lot. If something doesn't change very soon I'll be filling a dispute with my bank. I've had enough. I would give it 0 stars if I could. AVOID!!!

at first thought the game was great I have been playing online sweepstakes for awhile and cashed out money on a lot of them . I got to over two hundred dollars in my account , I then went to withdraw the 100$ minimum , 2 days later they tell me they can't process my withdraw and I tired to play the money and on EVERY single game each by different providers made me zero $ . This website is a joke and a scam , recommend jumbo88 or crown coins anyone serious about making money.

I have had this account several months but recently started playing. I won enough to redeem but we are going on days on several days with no response. When I contact costumer service thru the live chat it says their unavailable. I would recommend many of the other online casinos... Don't waste your money here update.. after posting a review on trust pilot I received my redemption in less than 30 minutes. Thanks trust pilot... Maybe splash coins is not so bad

UPDATE: Excited to say Verification and redemption was smooth and I received my winnings today!!! Thank you SplashCoins for an awesome platform and a fast redemption! I’ve had an account for a while. The game selection is great! I finally won something and is currently waiting to see how smooth the verification and redemption process is. Submitted verification on 8/26. Will update when I receive my winnings.
