There's definitely something off with this platform now, and it's not just that you can't win or bonus on a game, you can't get anyone to respond to your inquiries. This appears to be a HOAX/SCAM of a casino. I have requested that my account be PERMANENTLY SELF-EXCLUDED to protect my personal information sitting on their site because I no longer trust them or wish to play there anymore. Their live chat doesn't even respond, just AI generated messages that goes nowhere. I'm giving them until close of today to deactivate my account or I'm filing a complaint with both the Attorney General's Office and the BBB because they are not complying with the laws of social gaming. I am pleased to say that I did get a speedy response from splash coins today and I will rate them accordingly. I would have given a 5 rating but the customer service could use some improvement! At first the casino was amazing. Was receiving promo packages, leveling up, bonuses on the games, and was actually having fun. I only cashed out once but i was enjoying the games and bonuses. All that stopped once i reached a level with a vip host. The ol’ bait and switch. My vip host gave me quite a few gifts for reaching that level and i thought those were really nice gestures. Those gifts and vip host came with the cost of barely getting any bonuses, and literally sucking money up in the matter of a few minutes on minimal bets. The few bonuses i did get all paid out rought the same amount, usually around $20 give or take a few dollars. This has become the norm for almost any wager amount. From $.020-$3.00 bets. It takes hundreds and hundreds of spins now to even get a bonus and thats what they payout. Every game on the platform will be dead at the same time no matter what you are betting. How is that even possible for all the games by different providers to be dead at the same time? Its not! I even played alot of money into their so called coinback promotion, to only receive $2.50 back. Thats not even 1% of what i spent! The site is fun at first until they think they’ve reeled you in and then you get nothing. Not even entertainment for your money. Also, the daily bonus is way low compared to other sites. Dont let the gifts and promotions sway you in the beginning. Its going to downhill really fast after that!

Do not buy their fake public reply claiming a VIP manager is "awaiting my response" to find a resolution. In private, my host Alina sent an incredibly aggressive and defensive email. She explicitly accused me of making "misleading accusations" and "false allegations" just for posting an honest review about my $9 tournament payout and system glitches. She threw a past 300 SC glitch fix in my face, claiming she "spent days advocating" for me, expects "praise for doing her job," and snapped that she will not "entertain further demands." Worse, she is using the fact that I have had no account activity over the past three days to deny me standard rewards. Let me be clear: I haven't played for 72 hours because four of the games I actually like are glitched, broken, and throwing error screens! Why would I spend money on a platform that swallows my wins and handles me like a mooch or a handout the second I ask them to fix their own software? I just really didn't expect that to be the email from my review. Very aggressive I have to be totally honest. Why would I play on the site that has glitched multiple times on my winnings and then now wont even let me play the games I want to play? So me not playing for 72 hrs is another good reason to shove me off like and say oh I cant help you now since you haven't played in 72 hrs!! Why would I?!?! This is wild!
