There's definitely something off with this platform now, and it's not just that you can't win or bonus on a game, you can't get anyone to respond to your inquiries. This appears to be a HOAX/SCAM of a casino. I have requested that my account be PERMANENTLY SELF-EXCLUDED to protect my personal information sitting on their site because I no longer trust them or wish to play there anymore. Their live chat doesn't even respond, just AI generated messages that goes nowhere. I'm giving them until close of today to deactivate my account or I'm filing a complaint with both the Attorney General's Office and the BBB because they are not complying with the laws of social gaming. I am pleased to say that I did get a speedy response from splash coins today and I will rate them accordingly. I would have given a 5 rating but the customer service could use some improvement! Thank you!

So far it seems to be an okay app. I put in a redemption request yesterday morning. It has not been approved yet. I am waiting and hoping it gets approved and sent quickly. Once it does I will update to five stars. I’ve had many casinos approve and pay out within 24 hours even when it was my first redemption so far this one is just meh but we shall see! UPDATE 10/14- I received my winnings but I will admit that I had to jump through hoops and wait a week. So be prepared to wait awhile to get your redemption. Customer Support Rep Robert was very helpful. I will be playing with caution from now on, as it took a week to receive my winnings. UPDATE 10/8- I won my first big jackpot ever on this site. I reached out to customer service and they told me I can redeem my winnings on the 11th. I will try to redeem them and update my review if I receive the winnings in full. I had my first bad redemption process in a long time. I play at multiple sweeps casinos and this is the first one EVER that has denied my redemption due to a “7 day period”. It does not state anywhere on the site that there’s a waiting period for redemptions. I have won $400 and can’t even cash it out and my redemption of $100 is taking forever to be approved. I would just stay away from this site. I will update if I ever get my money
