At first the casino was amazing
At first the casino was amazing. Was receiving promo packages, leveling up, bonuses on the games, and was actually having fun. I only cashed out once but i was enjoying the games and bonuses. All that stopped once i reached a level with a vip host. The ol’ bait and switch. My vip host gave me quite a few gifts for reaching that level and i thought those were really nice gestures. Those gifts and vip host came with the cost of barely getting any bonuses, and literally sucking money up in the matter of a few minutes on minimal bets. The few bonuses i did get all paid out rought the same amount, usually around $20 give or take a few dollars. This has become the norm for almost any wager amount. From $.020-$3.00 bets. It takes hundreds and hundreds of spins now to even get a bonus and thats what they payout. Every game on the platform will be dead at the same time no matter what you are betting. How is that even possible for all the games by different providers to be dead at the same time? Its not! I even played alot of money into their so called coinback promotion, to only receive $2.50 back. Thats not even 1% of what i spent! The site is fun at first until they think they’ve reeled you in and then you get nothing. Not even entertainment for your money. Also, the daily bonus is way low compared to other sites. Dont let the gifts and promotions sway you in the beginning. Its going to downhill really fast after that!

Hey there, It seems your Trustpilot user has a history of only 1-star reviews to every brand you rate. While we appreciate that you mentioned some positives in your experience, it would help if you could provide more details on your Splash Coins account, so we could look into your situation and see if anything was out of the ordinary. In any case, we hear you on a rough stretch of play. Every game on Splash Coins runs on certified RNG, so outcomes are fully random and don’t change based on your VIP level, spin size, or play history. Some players win huge, and some unfortunately fall short. We'd love for you to stick around and keep receiving coin bonuses and VIP perks on a regular basis, hopefully next spins will be luckier 🙌 All the best, The Splash Coins Team
