Splash CoinsReviews of splashcoins.com

This is not necessarily about Splash, but a game on Splash called Fish Tales Double Catch Max Scatter, it's a total scam, you can never fill that basket with bobbers,I put well over 100 I just quit counting around 145 ,probably put closer to 200 bobbers in basket and never activated bonus,it kept threatening to over flow, but it just couldn't bring it's self to do so,I believe I could have put another 200 in it and got nothing, after an hour and a half and much, much $ I just had to cut my losses, that's why I'm here to tell you fellow spinners to beware of that fishing hole it has a monsterous appetite for $ and it will eat all you will feed it and then some, that's not Bass in that hole, those are Shark, just trying to help people ,keep'em spinning and good luck

never won on here just eats my money

I deposited $270 of my own money into this website, only for them to lock my account and force me into an exhaustive verification process. They made me wait an entire week while under review, requiring me to submit selfies of me holding my ID and photos of my payment method cards. After complying with everything and waiting patiently, they sent a generic notice permanently closing my account, claiming: "Following a review of your recent submission of a document, we have determined that the document you provided was altered and forged. These changes constitute a material misrepresentation of official documentation". This accusation is completely false. What makes it worse is their total lack of transparency and broken support. They didn’t even specify which document they claim was forged. I emailed the exact compliance email address they ordered me to follow up with to ask for clarification, and they have completely ignored me. They take your cash, lock you out, make you jump through hoops, and then ignore your emails while keeping your money based on a completely fabricated or automated error.

Slow redemption process. I thought it was 24 Hours, buts not. Last time buying a package.

Absolute terrible redemption time, I have had redemptions processing for Multiple days. The staff constantly gives you the run around. "oh check with the VIP team" completely understand your frustration. At the moment, we still haven’t received an update from the team regarding your pending redemption. Rest assured, we’re keeping an eye on it and will get back to you as soon as we receive any further information. Thank you again for your patience and understanding" is all the VIP will say. They said theyd have my redemption processed two days ago and it still has not gone through. update: they processed one of my redemptions finally after multiple days. Thanks to Mortiz who actual got things done while my VIP seems to not be doing anything, I will update my review when the other two process.

Ok, where to start. I am waiting on my redemption to hit my account, have been waiting for 6 days now, 4 of which have been business days. I have had a few conversations with customer service and have been told that my redemption has been escalated to urgent so it can be processed quickly. However, I am still waiting. This is the second time I have had winnings through Splash Coins Casino and I had pretty much the same issue last time, so I guess I should just say," first time shame on you, second time shame on me". Well, this won't happen again, you can bet on that. Update....After talking to customer service I was told that the location that I purchased and played my SC coins at is no longer permitted to play and that they aren't going to be able to redeem my winnings after all. However, the good news is that my purchases are going to be refunded to the original form of payment but it can take 3-5 business days, so here we go again, it's Friday so the next 2 days aren't going to count. It took them 4 business days to let me know about their findings plus the past weekend, which made 6 days and now I'm gonna have to wait I'm assuming 4 more days. In my opinion they don't waste any time taking people's money but you gotta jump through hoops when the tables are turned and to add to the frustration, my place of residence may be is a prohibited location but where I was playing at is not.

Definitely has some decent games and Roy was extremely nice, but spending $320 to barely win anything was disappointing. In addition, it's hard to trigger a bonus. I did experience an instance in which I thought I was going to be on a good winning run, but I was immediately kicked off the server only to come back and my streak was gone. It takes more to put in to get a decent RTP amount. Reply: Hi there. No thank you I will not be coming back. However I do have a screen recording of when I was kicked off the server. It was the Playson Thundercoin Multicoin XXL game betting $10 a spin. Thank you for responding!

Have been waiting days on a withdrawal. Will update when I receive it.
