Ordered a costume nice and early just to make sure it got here in time, was quoted 4 to 10 business days. I am on day 11 and the order still says "in process" customer service in new person every time so I get nowhere. I should have read reviews before I made my purchase.

I bought 2 animatronics Rusty and the night crawler and I put both together and neither are working. I have called many times and talked to many team members at drzombie and I have emailed two videos of what the animatronics are not doing right. I have so far have not received an email or a call back. I'm getting very upset with your customer service and I regret buying anything from you. I have spent $427.00 and I have a spirit store close to me so I would like to return both animatronics for a full refund of my money including the shipping cost because both are broken and I have proven it by sending a video.

I would love to givethe store in Port St. Lucie Florida a zero or a negative review, due to the fact that I was refused service because I did not wear a mask due to a medical condition yet my son and my husband were wearing masks at the time. I will never shop here again I will tell all my friends not to shop at the store or the company.

my son wanted to visit spirit halloween for his birthday, i took him to the avenues location in jacksonville florida aug 28 2020. it was the best experience ive ever had with customer service. the young man that was there that day is the nicest person i have ever met. I regret that i did not get his name but we will go back there and always will for our spooky costume and decorations needs. going there for my 6 year old he said was as great as disney.......

I ordered a toy Thompson Machine Gun for my Son, and I got the normal 2-5 days delivery and today is the 6TH DAY! So, Fedex says it'll come tomorrow by the end of the day making it THE 7TH DAY! Bad service NEVER buying from again I wish I could put 0 stars. Don't buy from here don't waste your time. I also love how these NIMROD's say they have been expecting delays, YET ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN ALL MY MONEY BACK AND ITS GONE! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL SCAM YOU LIKE THEY SCAMMED ME! ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I DONT HAVE IT! #SCAM!

Payed for express shipping and S Halloween sent it ground with the excuse it should have still made it in 2-4 day express timeframe. Well it came one day after Halloween. They could care less when I called that I payed extra for more rapid shipping and they sent it ground, just pocketed the money and left me a chump. Horrible to have a sad kid Halloween day because the people operate with greed and could care less about the customer. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SPIRIT HALLOWEEN.

Bought dress gloves of horrible quality (wrapped, so I didn't know 'til I got home). They were snagged already, and the fabric caught and frayed just by touching anything. They didn't tell me at the store that it was the last day for returns (Oct. 18). Now I'm stuck with overpriced useless junk or have to exchange it for other overpriced useless junk. Their "survey" link to the receipt doesn't work and doesn't give a chance to tell them why you gave them such a low score. Just stay away. Get creative at the thrift store.

I was able to purchase a $249 animatronic in April of 2019 for $151 as I got a special discount for being a "VIP". I got the item out to set up for Halloween in Sept. of 2019 and realized it would not fit in the space I had. I took it back to a Spirit Halloween store and they said the SKU number was not in their system so I would have to handle it on line. After waiting about 45 min. some manager said I could get $150 store credit, however, they did not have what I wanted in stock. They told me I would have to handle it via on line. In the meantime, I have called multiple times and left messages for a call back and no one does. I have sent emails and no response. No one is willing to help me. All I want to do is return tjs item for store credit and I can't even get in touch with a person and no one will help me. I now have a $151 item I can't use. I also had to pay oversize shipping to get it in the first place.
