Disappointing Customer Service
I've been buying scooters and other products from SpinLife for close to 20 years. Recently I have been terribly disappointed in their customer service. You can't reach a customer service rep. at their posted hours of operation and when you leave a message it takes too long for them to return call. They have change their site navigation making it harder to access your account information. I really don't want to search for another vendor but may have to.
